♢ 2017-2020 | Beginnings
[Crescent Girls' School]
♢ During my time in Crescent, the constant exposure to ICT played a massive role on how I was able to discover my passion and connection to Cybersecurity.
♢ I was also an active member of Crescent Canoeing, participating in not only Kayak Sprint Competitions, but also Dragonboat Competitions.
♢ Apart from the sports, I was also able to pick up and hone my leadership skills as I served the school and community as a CrezAmabassador.
♢ 2021 - Present | Constant Growth
[Ngee Ann Polytechnic]
♢ To pursue my goals of being apart of a solution to a safer cyberspace, I took on the Diploma of Cybersecurity and Digital Forensics, where I met many like minded people.
♢ In school, I acquired many valuable experiences- from pentesting a company's website, creating an cryptographic algorithm to restoring deleted files on a computer device.
♢ "Change is the only constant." To challenge myself, I joined the NullSec Exco, a student-interest group that specializes in cybersecurity. As an exco, I learned how to effectively lead and work with the team to organize and run events.
♢ While exploring the wonders of technology and expanding my skillsets in school, I also attend/volunteer my time to external events related to cybersecurity.
♢ Recently, I also had the opportunity to interact with Pathlight students while volunteering as a student facilitator, introducing them to Ngee Ann Polytechnic. During then, I learnt how to better interact with the autistic community and how I could play a part in creating a more inclusive society.
